Memorial Jewelry
Q: Is memorial jewelry durable?
A: Yes. Memorial jewelry is crafted using secure inlay methods and durable metals like tungsten, ceramic, and carbon fiber designed for daily wear and built to last a lifetime.
Q: How are ashes or hair secured in the ring?
A: Memorial elements are carefully sealed within the ring using durable resin and inlay techniques that protect them permanently while creating a beautiful design.
Q: Can I get my ring rushed for a special date?
A: No. Memorial jewelry requires proper time and intention. Each ring is handcrafted with care and cannot be rushed. Our typical lead time ensures your piece receives the attention and craftsmanship it deserves.
Q: Can I order another ring just like this one later?
A: No. Each ring is created once and can never be recreated. The materials you provide are incorporated into that specific piece, making it truly one-of-one. This is intentional—your memorial piece is as unique as the memory it honors.
Q: Can I order this as a surprise gift?
A: Memorial jewelry requires the recipient's input and intention. We recommend discussing the commission together before ordering to ensure the piece honors their wishes and includes the right materials.
Q: Can I get a memorial ring without including ashes or hair?
A: No. We only create memorial pieces that physically contain material from your loss—ashes, hair, or other provided materials. If you're looking for symbolic or engraving-only pieces, we're not the right fit. Our work is about carrying what was lost, not representing it.
Q: Why are your rings priced higher than other memorial jewelry?
A: Our pricing reflects permanence, risk, and responsibility. Each ring is a one-of-one commission that can never be replaced, not a mass-produced item. We're pricing for craftsmanship, materials, and the weight of working with irreplaceable materials—not competing on volume.

Materials & Design
Q: What materials do you use?
A: We use tungsten, ceramic, carbon fiber, titanium, and stainless steel for base rings. Inlays include crushed opal, meteorite, dinosaur bone, glow powder, precious metals, and memorial elements.
Q: Can I customize a ring with birthstones or ashes?
A: Yes. Custom designs can include birthstones, pet ashes, human cremation ashes, hair, engravings, and symbolic inlays like opal, meteorite, or glow powder.
Q: Can I send my own materials?
A: Yes! You can send pet ashes, hair, flowers, or other meaningful materials to be incorporated into your custom piece. We handle all memorial materials with care and respect.
Q: Can you match an existing ring?
A: Yes! Send us photos of the ring you want to match, and we can create a similar design or make modifications to suit your preferences.

Glow Rings
Q: How do glow-in-the-dark rings work?
A: Glow rings contain phosphorescent powder that charges in sunlight or UV light and glows in the dark. Different colors glow for different durations - green glows up to 8 hours, while red glows about 45 minutes.
Q: How long does the glow last?
A: The glow effect lasts indefinitely - it will continue to charge and glow for the lifetime of the ring. The brightness and duration depend on the glow color and how long it's been charged.

Sizing & Fit
Q: What ring sizes do you offer?
A: We create rings in all standard sizes. During the commission process, we'll help you determine the perfect fit.
Q: What if my ring doesn't fit?
A: Proper sizing is critical, which is why we work with you carefully during ordering. Due to the one-of-one nature of our work and the irreplaceable materials used, resizing may not always be possible. We'll guide you through accurate sizing before we begin.
Â
Returns & Policies
Q: Do you offer returns or exchanges?
A: Due to the custom, one-of-one nature of our memorial jewelry and the use of your personal materials, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Each piece is created specifically for you and cannot be remade or resold. We work closely with you throughout the process to ensure you're completely satisfied before we begin crafting.
Q: What is your warranty?
A: Yes. We stand behind our craftsmanship with a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects. Normal wear and tear is not covered, but if there's ever an issue with how your ring was made, we'll make it right.
